Enjoying the coastal footpath in February

Had a fabulous guided walk on the cliffs near Gurnards Head on the North Coast, 15 mins drive from Boscrowan yesterday. The walk was organised by the Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project and led by Steve from www.exploreincornwall.co.uk – so informative – we covered tin mining, granite, greenstone, zawns to mention but a few and identified a fresh badger paw print – all in brilliant sunshine although there was a strong wind. It’s worth looking at his website – he will do private walks or larger groups, in different areas of Cornwall, has great knowledge and enthusiasm and I think it could be the highlight of a holiday! I have walked along that stretch of footpath many times but can now see it in a completely different light!
